— Your Wedding Day Timeline —
Beloved,
From the first cup of coffee
to the last dance.
The hour-by-hour breakdown of how our team delivers a finished bride, a glowing bridal party, and a quietly held set of mothers — from setup at sunrise to send-off at midnight.
— The Morning Of —
Your day, hour by hour
A wedding day, narrated.
5:30 a.m.
Our team leaves the studio
Two stylists, one assistant, the bridal kit (twenty-three pounds of tools, products, and emergency supplies), and a Yeti of cold-brew coffee. We are on the road before sunrise — because your photographer wants you ready for first-look photos by 11.
6:30 a.m.
Setup at your venue
We arrive ninety minutes before the first chair. Setup includes two portable stations with full lighting, a mirror that works in any room, a steamer for the dress, and a champagne bucket if the bride is having a quiet moment with her mom.
7:00 a.m.
Bridesmaids begin
We start with the bridesmaids — sixty to seventy-five minutes each. Hair first, makeup right after. We sequence so no one is sitting around in a robe waiting. Coffee, croissants from Bread & Cie, and Spotify control to whoever is in the chair.
10:00 a.m.
Mothers of the bride and groom
A separate slot for the women who have been waiting forty years for this morning. We do their hair the way they want it, not the way Pinterest wants it. They get the bride's same lead stylist. They cry. We cry too.
11:00 a.m.
The bride
Two hours, no exceptions. Hair first — usually a classic chignon, sometimes a half-up, occasionally something braided and Bohemian. Trial-and-tweak from the photo board. Makeup begins ninety minutes in: skin prep, primer, full coverage with a layer of airbrush for the photos, contour, lash extensions, lip.
12:45 p.m.
Veil placement
We bring three veil clips and a hidden-tooth comb. We pin the veil while the photographer takes detail shots of the dress. If the veil has been your grandmother's for sixty years, we will not pin it through the antique lace. We have a workaround.
1:00 p.m.
First look
You meet your photographer. Hair and makeup is locked in for ten hours. We hand you your touch-up kit and step into the background.
1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
On-call presence
For Diamond-tier weddings, one stylist stays through ceremony for any emergency — windblown hair, a tear-damaged lash, a mother who decided last minute she wants softer waves. We are invisible until you need us. Then we are immediate.
5:30 p.m.
The reception look
Optional second style for the reception — an updo dropped into waves, or a sleek topknot for dancing. Forty-five minutes between ceremony and reception. We use the bride's suite, never the bathroom.
11:00 p.m.
You take it home
We send you home with a small kit: two bobby pins of the exact shade we used, a lash glue tube, lipstick, and a printed makeup map showing exactly where each product went. Your honeymoon glam will look like ours did this morning.

— Practical Details —
The fine print
Four things worth knowing.
Travel
Included within 30 miles of our Hillcrest studio. Beyond that, $1.20/mile travel charge applied transparently. Destination weddings (out of state, Mexico, Hawaii) priced per quote — we have done eighteen.
Deposit
$500 non-refundable deposit holds your date. Final balance due 14 days before the wedding. We accept Visa, AMEX, and Zelle. No personal checks within 60 days of wedding day.
Cancellation
Cancel 90+ days out, deposit refunded minus a $150 admin fee. Within 90 days, deposit is non-refundable. Within 30 days, full balance is owed. We have never enforced this for a true emergency — but the policy exists so we can.
COVID & illness
If a stylist is sick the morning of, we have backup stylists on retainer who can step in within 90 minutes. We have used this protocol seven times. No bride has ever gone unstyled.
When you're ready,
Let's begin.
Trial appointments are scheduled six to eight weeks before the wedding. Reach out as soon as your date and venue are locked — Saturdays from April through October book a year in advance.
